Gostaria de saber qual a capacidade do mantis, qual o máximo de contas podem ser criadas e quantos usuários podem concorrer no uso. Pode considerar uma infra bem robusta.

Volta e meia, algum projeto que estou trabalhando me vejo obrigado a usar o Mantis. Não gosto dessa ferramenta, contudo, na minha opinião, o fato de ser livre de licença a isenta de qqr crítica. Todavia, acho lamentável a postura de administradores (líderes, e gerentes de projetos) que conduzem seus projetos suportados por ferramentas que se enquadram nesse contexto. Isentas de críticas, isentas de um critério rigoroso de qualidade, porém isentas também da responsabilidade de atender ao que se prestam.

Is it just me or is David R. Winther a BugWiki employee. I have been researching some bug tracking tools recently and everywhere I see, there are some recent comments about how good bugwiki is (twitter, some bug tracker comparisons etc). I look at bugwiki and it’s no better than scribbling down stuff in a spreadsheet. I am not saying it’s bad (everything has it’s uses), but persistent comments stating how great bugwiki is, is pretty darn suspicious. Especially on a post that is a nearly a year old?

As a former Mantis user I recommend that you also take a look at BugWiki (www.bugwiki.com). I like it for its extreme simplicity and nice visual design.
