It's a Russian cart which is probably why they don't put address or phone number.
I'm using it with some success but the support is not the best – no-one at all at weekends and they have a tendency to take national (Russian Federation) holidays without any prior warning – you just log on to the help desk and there is a notice saying that for 24 hours no-one will be there.
I've tried talking to them about the need for normal-standard support (I mean, there is NO excuse for not putting up a holiday schedule in advance if these are national holidays) but got nowhere – nothing has changed.
Nice code in theory, quite buggy in practice. Next time we upgrade we may switch to another cart.
